The Parish of St. Cathrine, Kingston, St. Thomas, Clarendon, St. James and Hanover may be affected by heavy rainfall and gusty winds which can result in flooding of roads way and low-lying areas and landslide of vulnerable hilly areas. Gusty winds may result in fallen branches and lightning may also pose a risk to persons outdoors.
